I was fotunate enough to find this great place about two years ago. I love all of it, the apartment, the grounds, the staff, the location. The ground are well kept - I especially love the pool and work out room. I use them a lot and always find the bathrooms there immaculate. (Which is important to me) Since moving in the staff are always very kind, courteous, and helpful. I have heard some people be verbally abusive to the staff - so they probably don't like that. But they have always acted professionally with me. Any time I need anything they always responded promptly. Unlike "VICTIM" I don't expect them to make me their top priority, so I am satisfied with the service. It is a pretty large complex so for the things I have needed I didn't mind waiting a couple of days for. (My husband took weeks to fix things) Most of the neighbors are friendly, but you will always have a handful of complainers. We have community events - bar-b-ques, luas, Holiday parties, so it is fun to get to know more people.
I would definitely recommend this to friends - and I have.
