Unique Complex in the Area

I lived in Carmel Summit from '98 to '01 and moved back in '03 because I liked it so much. You will not find many apartments in this area with in-unit washers and driers as well as private, closed garages. The location is close to everything and you'll exit the I-15 just as traffic starts to get bad headed north. The staff is very responsive. I don't know what the others on this site are talking about with their negative comments. I think they've probably been evicted and have an axe to grind.

PLEASE!!!! I noticed as much as you "loved" living at Carmel Summit, you no longer do. (You left in 2005, so your review states) Yes, with the old management, this was not a bad place to live - I agree there. However, now with BRE as the new management, everything has changed. The overwhelming general opinion of current residents is that we are being completely screwed over, and lied to on top of that! Majority of current residents will be moving out as soon as their leases are up. Good luck to BRE to refill apts. to capacity they were once at with previous management. Also, good luck to each and every one of you who choose to make Carmel Summit your home with BRE.
