Carmel Summit Apartments

BRE takeover--bad news! From: buynow Date posted: 11/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Since BRE purchased the complex things turned ugly. They are "upgrading" with no consideration of current tentants. No access to our patios during construction (they say it'll take 3 months); construction people are very noisy from 7:15a.m. on--obvious dirt and dust covers everything. The worst: no notice of the changes, or entry into apartments, management with an "I don't care attitude." AND after having my rent go up 4 months ago, it will go up over $300 again--apartments not worth that. I'm outa here!
