Seriously folks, if you are looking for a place to live, i suggest that you stay away from Carmel Summit. Bre is the worst managament team iI have ever met and the ammenities are not that great. The pools are filthy and the hot tubs are barely heated.

Oh, did I mention the construction. What a mess. Why don't you drive through someday and see for your self what a mess it is. And, I hope you are handy with tools because you will wait weeks to get something fixed.

I do not reccommend that anyone move in to this complex and by association, any Bre owned facility.

This place totally sucks! As soon as my lease is up - I am outta here!
