POOREST COMMUNICATION EVER BY MANAGEMENT COMPANY-TORREY PINES MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!
OVER-PRICED-OVERP-RICED-OVER-PRIC TIME TO GET REPAIRS COMPLETED
MAJOR PARKING PROBLEMS WITH NEW RULES

This is really an accurate statement, their leases are ridiculous too, ever changing and about 25 pages long. I think it's intrusive and stressful to live here.

..an update, don't plan on using the washer and dryers on each floor, they suck terribly and everyone makes maintenance requests to fix them, but they never do and don't buy new ones.
