well first of all,, all the negatives that i read so far are difenitly sooo true and i really agreed...i lived there 4 a 1 year and its hell i mean parking is so bad people do stupid things 2 ur car wen its parked outside,,you see people box fighting outside and also i lived in 3rd floor and when it rained so hard expect a puddle in ur kitchen and inside ur laundry room cause believe it or not water licks from d ceiling so wats that tell you that they did a poor building it or poor maintainance on it and i called d staff 2 let them know and dat was saturday and it was raining d whole weekend and they said dat maintance will come and see it on tuesday so i was like they didn't even care even if it floded inside my apartment... its not worth it at all living in the apartment for $1195.00 so if ur planning 2 live there real think about it and good luck and hope u won't experienced what i had 2 go thru......
