Not totally Bad, But Def. Not the Best. From: riggenbach34 Date posted: 1/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Im military and me and my wife were looking for a place, so a guy there named Tuan hooked us up, i guess... The bad thing was that we were payin i think 1175 a month for 800sq ft. Yea everything was really nice.. brand new practically... Only bad thing is how expensive it is. The location is by a movie theatre and if u have a phone service, i had verizon i got a spanish recording everytime i tried to check my voicemail cuz its so close to the border... When we moved out is what really pissed me off... They charged us for crap that we didnt know existed... On our repairs statement it said Labor $70hr. Which is outrageous. For holes that we put in the wall. Anyways i was getting underway and had a letter to get out of my contract and still was charged over 1100 to move out last months rent.
