too expensiv From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   NO parking (tow truck enforced) bunch of noise from neighbors and car alarms and people working out of garages, pool is closed at 9:30 and jacuzzi and work out room as well. Kids all over the place making noise and it looks like the jacuzzi is a kiddie pool. If you move out you get charged for cleaning, new carpet, paint etc... there are no exepions made ever! 30 day notice to move out or you are screwed. and to top it off you don't get a brand new looking apt. when you move in....
