No problems, a bit expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived here for six months. I didn't have any problems with management or noise. The staff was always helpful when I needed anything. When our dryer broke, they were really quick to get it resolved. My apartment overlooks the hot tub and sometimes there are way too many people in there at one time. The common areas are always busy with daytime parties but I can't hear anything with the door shut so it doesn't bother us. The security is good about keeping people out of the pool area after hours, so it's always very quiet at night. I would expect for this price range for the counter tops to be granite and real wood cabinets. The carpets were pretty old when we moved in and we expected they would be replaced, but they weren't.
