This is the fourth year my husband and I have lived here. Other than having NO storage and NO space (1 bedroom, 600 sqft), we are very happy. VERY quiet, and if you ever have a problem with a noisy neighbor, the managers contact the person the next day. If you get too many noise complaints against you they terminate your contract and you're out. There is underground parking (only 1 space for one bdrm renters), and the managers and maintenance guys are REALLY nice and professional. I also LOVE the security of an indoor complex. We are close to EVERYTHING (except for a good grocery store, the Ralphs downtown has some shady customers): we are a 15 minute walk to Petco Park, a three minute drive to the gaslamp, a ten minute drive to Mission Valley... Very nice. People will steal your laundry detergent if you forget it in the laundry room though, and even though the managers put a "NO BIG/PIZZA BOXES" sign in the trash shoot, people will stuff up the trash shoots on Friday and just leave their trash in the room so it stinks up the hall for the entire weekend until the maintenance guys clean it out.
