Well, the units are considered new. All appliances, interior, design are 3 years old. There's only 1 assigned parking spot, it becomes a problem if you have 2 cars.
The 2nd car needs to be park on the street and it's usually full by 7 pm. You'll be lucky if you can find a spot.

Another problem is noise. If the unit faces the main street ( clairemont mesa blvd ), you can still hear the semi-trucks, harley davidson bikes, motorcycles, and other cars passing by even though you have the thick windows closed.

To me, there's a lack of ventilation as I always have to keep the window close to minimize outside noise.

A positive side of the unit are the in-unit washer/dryer. I am spoiled from this. It is so convenient. You can wash/dry your clothes when ever you want and don't have to fight with other tenant. This is the best !!!

Another good thing is AC. It's best for the summer. However, the AC is located in the living room. So, you'll only get cool air there. In regards to bedroom, you probably need 2 fans to keep yourself cool. Sometimes that's not even enough if the temp reaches 80F
