i haven't had heat since december and the main office seems not to care very much about that. work orders are often not followed through until the 3rd time you mention it. i make apointments with the staff to have things done in my place, and not only do they NOT show up, they don't even freakin call to let me know about it. even after all the -------- this place has put me through they still expect me to pay to get out of my lease early. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!
