I love living here and think the staff is awesome! They're always friendly and helpful when I have a maintenence request or even just drop off my rent. The buildings aren't brand new but all of my appliances have been updated and whenever I have a maintence issue it gets taken care of right away. If they can't get it done right away the staff is good about letting me know why, like the time someone decided it would be a great idea to shove towels down their toilet and flooded their building.

I don't know why a previous comment complains about parking, we have two assigned spots with our home and I've never had a guest complain about finding parking on the street. It would be nice to have gated parking lots, but I've never felt unsafe walking to and from my car, plus I see the security gaurd walking almost every night.

Overall I've been very happy and would recommend living here to any of my friends.

Lying management. "like the time someone decided it would be a great idea to shove towels down their toilet and flooded their building" is a dead giveaway this was written by someone in the leasing office.
