I moved here about a month ago. And like others have said, the buildings arent new. Which also means the walls are pretty much sound proof so you cant here whats going on in someone else apartment. The Staff is absolutely amazing. The maintenance members are amazing. I had a water fixture problem. I called the staff and within hours the problem was resolved. Parking is adequate. The grounds are always clean. Everyone is friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The tennis courts are fun. The club house is cool. YOu can even rent it out to host your own parties. There is an outside grill you can use to cook on. But once again the staff members are heavenly. Olivia Connoly, the resident manager, is one of the nicest women I have ever met. She has helped me and my husband so much. He is in the military and she made it possibly for me to move into this apartment with him being out at sea. She really knows what she is doing. I would suggest this apartment complex to anyone.

Everything in this review I can vouch for! I moved in a month ago and it has been so incredible here! Especially the maintenance guys. They came and fixed my fridge and a hole in the bathroom the same day I called and were so nice and really fast about it. I called about an outside fire alarm beeping loud in the middle of the night and the maintenance guy was awesome, he got up and shut it off and when I apologized for waking him he said Hey its ok thats what we're here for. You truly get what you pay for here. The management team has also been extremely accomodating and helping me in any way I need. All the amenities mentioned above are exactly as they describe them. If you think I'm management writing a fake review, go ahead and write me back.
