I was in these apartment for more than 2 years .... When I rented the management was get. The leasing manager was a guy called --- he was great, but couple of months back the new one came ------.and things went wrong.....she is the most unprofessional rude lady u wud ever meet....... So when were leaving she gave us bill ...that covered the security deposit plus $300 with threating calls that if u won't pay it wud go to collection agency.....so when we started inquiring we were told they had to change carpet which was dirty but not bad that it needed replacement..... Then also we were we just asked her give some pics which she said she call us when it's arranged..... But we nvr recievwd a call....and whn we called she said did u recieve cal frm collections ..ya she gave it already without even givin us a call or anything. on top of that she said"I don' t have time, come only if u have to pay" disgusting that's all I have to say....so please NEVER rent these....they are money suckers.....And ya they will increase rent drasticly when u renew the lease don't evr rent it or be ready for rudeness and throwing money!!!!!!
