There is a new manager and he seems better than the other two. I'm glad the other two women are gone. The first one was ---- and I had to blow up her phone til she helped me. The second one was just lazy wit her miniature dog barking all hours of the night. She never fixed anything, so I just got the actual maintenance's man's personal number instead of waiting for her. This place is cool for college students. The apartments are large and spacious at a reasonable price considering how close this is to campus. For the most part its quiet, you will be able to study at home compared to Albert's college that is on the same street.
