Collwood Pines Apartments

Responce to other messages left on this site From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I am a resident here at Collwood Pines and after reading the messages left, I felt I needed to respond. These messages left must have been when there was another management team. The manager and assistant manager now have been on this property since July of 2004 and they are GREAT. We have had no problems here and find it very comfortable to live here. They are friendly and always willing to help. The apartment we are in has new carpet, new vinyl, and is just beautiful. The hot tub has been re-surfaced and the changes to the property have been a major improvment. We enjoy living here and will continue to call Collwood Pines home for many years!
