Collwood Pines Apartments

Caution From: Farasi Date posted: 8/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   As of summer 2007 I have to say I am quite disappointed in Collwood Pines. I have been a resident for over a year and my husband and I have had nothing but trouble. The plumbing is awful if you live on the first floor. You WILL have backups from the other residents above you that don't know what to flush down the toilet. The managers could care less about it as well. I am often treated with no interest and more often than not they are rude. I find this amusing since there is a big sign in the front office that say "our residents are our top priority." The maintenance is also lacking. While maintenance personnel will respond to your individual needs- they often neglect the very small and run down laundry rooms. There is a long list of things that this property could do well to change but I am confident that they won't. Please live here at your own risk.
