Parking Issues, bad construction, improper draining From: familyman2004 Date posted: 5/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   we moved here from an apartment with alltted parking and were told that there is ample parking by the leasing staff. But actually on weekdays if we are home after 8 PM, hardly find a parking spot. We have to park many times on the street. The construction is really really cheap but the leasing staff would just smile and dop nothing special about it. All the fixtures are very cheap and faulty. Only one telephone socket makes it difficult to keep phone in bedroom and living room. The grass is not properly drained so you can see lots of mud and water ponds on walking areas. Windows are not good. Safty is bad. Our shoes were stolen from the door. I would definitely not recommend these apartments.
