Roach Motel From: screwcoralbay Date posted: 1/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This place is scary at night. My neighbors suck, for the most part. Lots of sketchy people. They rent out the garages to non-residents, who live in them. Parking is aweful. There aren't even enough spaces for all the units. The apartments are very small and dirty. For the first 4 months I lived there, the place was literally swarming with roaches, both inside the apartment, but especially outside. I got sucked in b/c of the low rent, location, and the pool (which is actually pretty nice).
