My neighbors are reasonable people and try to keep noise to a minimum. The landscape is always kept. The people in the office are nice but talk a lot; there seems to be a high turnover rate in employees that work in the office because there's always a new face in there each time I go in there (and I go in there a lot to pick up packages.) The area is nice and relatively safer than other parts near here. The apartments are about average size. More closet and cabinet space than most apartments. It's near Mission Bay so you always get a cool breeze through the apartment during the summer. Winters are cold and the heaters kinda suck but it's managable.
Since they allow dogs, there is dog poop on the lawns but most people are pretty responsible, of course there are always the other few. Parking isn't really that big problem. Whenever you live in an apartment you should expect not to find parking if you come home late. There is a school and lots of houses around so you can always park nearby.
Honestly I've lived in worse places. This isn't half bad.

I have lived here for almost a year and I am 100% satisfied ..their staff is super professional and soo nice they are always happy to see me .... most of this comments on here are ridiculous, and they are just upset at themselves.
