I didn't come across this site until after the first time I renewed my lease and I'm so glad it happened that way. Reading over this, it sounds like this property is horrible. Had I read this before I moved I probably wouldn't have even stopped by. I'm glad I did though. The staff is super helpful and the maintenance guys are always quick to help. (one time my sink got clogged- because my daughter tossed one of her toys into the garbage disposal and I didn't realize it before I turned it on) But Pablo ( one of the maintenance men ) was at my house in about an hour and a half (this on a saturday night). My neighbors are really nice, I've never really had any problems at all. All in all, it's a great community. The grounds are kept really clean and I always see the K9 Security officer walking around at night which puts me at ease. I've been here for about 15 months and I personally love it.

k9 security officer? gimme a break!! that was probably just someone walking their dog that they're not even supposed to have their anyways because it's over the weight limit that's stated in the lease.

This is totally a mangement post. I have never used assigned parking since I've lived here. It's always taken even in the middle of the day. This is a bogus review. I'd disregard it.
