Please remember that if you sign a lease it's a contract genius! If you break it u'll be penalized just like if break any other contract. I was your neighbor across the way and your rommates hated you anyway. HAHAHAH!

As the author of this thread I say to the "anonymous" person (only a coward would use that display my response option for this type of thread), that I am no genius I only have a 130 IQ which is in the very superior range but thank you for the complement anyhow. My humor is wacky so sue me. My roommates hated me, really...one is my X and she still loves me-the other I care not about(just like her mother). To make your response even lamer and on an even lower intellectual level than it otherwise would have been you say that I broke the lease. ha ha ha, now thats funny. If you are a lawyer you stink like the stuff in the sink. Enjoy your petty life, devoid of humor, full of stupidity. My point was that these apartments are a rip off and the rating says it all huh what you got some kind of argument against a rating of 21% huh..no I thought you wouldn't. Have fun living against the word of God, whahha.
