I seriously don't understand how they can get such a horrible rating here. I've been living here for about 10 months now. I'm pretty happy with them. About the 1st month I moved in, my kitchen light went bad and my kitchen sink did clog up as other people previously mentioned here. I called the office to have it repaired and half an hour later the maintanance guy came and fixed it! Never had a problem with it ever since. The area I lived in is really quiet. It's relaxing to walk my dog around the block. All my neighbors are pretty nice and quiet. I did hear from other people that lived around cowley way that they had some noisy neighbors. Parking wise, I think you will always find one but may take a little longer walk that you would hope. I live right by the school/park area so I always have parking there even if I get home late at night and the walking distance is not too far. You usually wouldn't find an empty parking space in the complex after around 7ish at night unless you get lucky. I think the apartment will be esp nice if you have a dog. My dog plays with my neighbors' dogs a lot. From walking my dog around the complex, I noticed that the area around cowley way/leising office is where some sort of entertainment/activities are going on. There are a lot more kids playing there and I think there are a lot more college students that live there as well. So if you want peace and quiet, find a unit that's not around that area. I think the price for me is pretty reasonable but I do know some of my neighbors that pay more than I do so they do give you different rates depending on vacancy during that time.
