I have been living here for three years now. At first the place was really cool, well maintained pool, garden like and in general good quality for the price. Big plus - close to school and transit if you opt for it. Two groceries nearby, in general location is great. After a year or so, things started to get worse. Don't get me wrong - but surprisingly everything started when East Indian students started to occupy most of the apartments. Great thing about them - they are quiet (I bet they do take studying seriously). But when it comes to cleaning these guys are horrible! I have NEVER seen such a mess in my life and I have been living in dorm-like places for years. Just unimaginable filth! I am sure these guys do not know what a mop is. Soon, these conditions translated to roaches. In fact I am not surprised because such grubby places are a paradise for roaches. My constant complaint about the situation is in vain. We did have spraying countless times but it will never work if most of the apartments are hovels. So I became obsessed with cleaning the kitchen. It is OK now since the number of roaches killed a day dropped to 3. I was close to moving out last July. The only thing that kept me here is the fact that I was close to graduating. I am finally moving out this summer and I LOOK FORWARD to it sooo much!

I haven't had any problems, I did have them spray my apartment once, but it took care of the problem. the management has ask me several time if i had any problems and was ready to help any time. they never refused me a request. I have heard that several people don't say anything until they move. I guess you would say that they have no spine, or they are just stupit as you know what.
