So I rejoiced when I realized there was a luxury highrise in what I consider one of the best parts of town. I was horribly mistaken. Well, for once thing, the unit itself, amazing. My fiance and I have the Royal, it's just about 1500sq feet, and only two bedrooms. Now to the bad parts. Where my fiance is a bit high maintenance...I am very easy to get along with, and the staff is terrible. The concierges we are supposed to have are either absent, or completely unhelpfull. There are MAYBE two Valet/Doormen that are useful, everyone else would be better off somewhere that doesn't require almost 4000 dollars of move-in costs. The parking garage is a monstrosity, yes ample parking, but getting in and out takes ten minutes if you're not on the first level. On top of which there are four speedbumps on every straight away. Now that being said, that may SOUND like a good idea, but they ruin your tires, no matter how slow you go over them. So overall, very disappointing experience.
