Stupidity, incompetence and utter disregard for tennants

Pros: new construction, spacious, good looking venue.
Cons: management, vandalism, lack of security, expensive, disregard for personal property by management, storage units permanently broken into, cars parked in garage permanently broken into, cars parked in garage victim of water damage due to poor construction, lack of respect to tennants by management.
The units are nice and spacious, granite counters (poor quality - granite gets darker when wet), service elevators are hit or miss even when booked, valet parking is nice but it takes forever, cars get damaged with water run off from cracks in the parking ceiling, many many breke-ins reports to which management replies with a note saying that no criminals have been found and that events likely to repeat themselves - put a few fu--ing cameras in the parking lot!!!! A couple weeks ago they decided to wash the parking lot - sent a note to move your car - the process was suppossed to last 3 days. It took longer, but they never told us. Cars get damaged with debris from pressure washer. How hard was it to put tarps on the cars still parked in the structure while washing the area' They just plainly don't give a rat's -ss about your property. Another example of stupidity, they misplaced the checks from tennants and then next month they send notice of late fees ($50) - when I went to ask what the f was going on, they said their system said I had been late with my rent (which I have never ever been - since I'm very serious about due dates and keep perfect track of expenses). Only after doing my own research (asking around, turned out that many tennants had misteriously been late) I discovered they had messed up. It's unethical to behave the way these management behaves - property is nice, but you're in for a few surprises - and not nice surprises. Stay away.
