Of course not everybody that lives here is posting to this website. But in comparison to other apartments in San Diego, Costa Verde is one of the worst. Just look at the rankings on this site, the numbers speak for themselves. And I believe in the numbers because look how many car break ins there have been, and management has done nothing. Management could install cameras, re-install mirrors where they have broke or were stolen, hire additional security, etc. But management did none of these, they instead outsourced their parking management to a crappy anderson management, and this is not working. There are lots of other examples, such as management not caring about tenants that have pets (especially those dogs that crap in the halls), or the homeless people that live here, or letting puke sit in the halls for days before it is cleaned. Management is just horrible, you have to understand that they do not care, and are unprofessional to most of the tenants.

no i wont look at the rankings on this site becuase this site doesnt tell the entire story. All it is are un happy residents that dramatize every damn thing that they have a problem with. Get your facts straigt before you say they are doing nothing about the parking garages, because camaras HAVE been installed, even though camaras wont help or stop the brek ins from happening. And no matter where you live in UTC or La jolla, the apartment complexes all have break ins. My girlfriend had her car broken into at the mall, and ive had friends that have had their cars broken into on school campus. If you dont want your car broken into, then buy a house or get a private garage! How can the office staff prevent a proffesional from breaking into a car at 3 am? The police cant even stop these people from doing this. And when you say they dont care about pets, thats rediculous! i have personaly seen management at my neighbors door regarding a pet, and thats because i reported it!! How can they do something about it if no one tells them...Deh Deh Deh! Also i actualy went to the office last week because some drunk ass students vomitted in the hall, and they called their cleaners to clean it up as soon as they could. I dont understand you people, every thing you say on here is soooooo dramatic and you make them out to be such horrible people. We live at the largest property in la jolla/utc, they have ALOT on their plate. I cant imagine being in their shoes having to deal with all you inconsiderate a--holes that have nothing better to do then talk s--t about management. Why dont you try to walk into their office and talk to them with respect, be understanding, and i guarentee you will get AMAZING service. I have their back completely because of how long ive been here and I know they have a tough job, and do their best for the tenants.

No problems at all? I'll list them for you since you are retarded. 1. Crystal Meth Lab 2. bums living under the stairs 3. safety and security in the garage (nope, no cameras) 4. broken equipment in the fitness center (equipment is old and broken) 5. common area is nasty, puke, piss and dog crap in the halls 6. noise at all hours of the night 7. thin walls 8. appliances that do not work and maintenance that does not respond within 24 hours 9. management is lazy, stupid and does not care 10. low water pressure 11. no guest parking 12. drugs I guess your right, uh, wait, no I mean you're retarded. |

"All it is are un happy residents that dramatize every damn thing that they have a problem with." Yes. And isn't it the management's JOB to take care of these issues? Bottom line - management won't do their job, so they just complain about the people who notice they won't do their job (i.e. tenants who complain). |

BubbaBob, get a life. Stop complaining. Move somewhere else. Go buy a house. Move away so you won't have anything to complain about or neighbors to deal with.
