I just moved in a week ago and have been having a lot of problems. Management messed up my lease, and will not fix it. They made it 12 months, but it was suppose to be 9 months. They have become extremely rude and unprofessional ever since they got their check. Then someone put a used condom on my door handle, and I had to clean it up. This weekend there was a lot of noise around 2am, but there has been 1 day this week when there was noise in the halls at 2am also. The hallways are just disgusting, that is not what I saw when I toured this place. When I first went to my parking spot, someone was in it. It took 2 days before I could park in my spot, again management was unwilling to help me track this car owner down. Did I mention I have only lived here for 8 days. I really do not like it here. Oh, and my counters and fixtures are not as nice as the model unit they showed me. What a rip off.

yeah, they did that to us, too. We were supposed to be month-to-month and they made it a 12-month lease. Oh and they also keep charging us $50 late fees every month with no proof that our rent is late. Yes, and they always show people that perfectly pristine model apartments. Prospective tenants, if these reviews don't scare you away, DEMAND that they show you the ACTUAL apartment you'll be moving into before you sign the lease. They do love a good "bait n' switch" here at Crappy Verde.
