Sweet posting, nice facts, oh wait. The place is a rip off in comparison to the rest of the UTC. And management is the worst in the area. Mark in the manager's office has run this place into a dump, he is lazy and ignores complaints. He ignore the complaint about the meth dealer that cost someone their life. The cyrstal meth lab was not cleaned properly and people have gotten sick. Beware of the crystal meth chem lab apartment, make sure yours is not near it.

Plain and simple, I'm sure the homeless that live in the stairwells enjoy their stay here, too. Plain and simple, I'm sure the dogs that live down the hall from me (this is a "No Pets" building) enjoy their stay here, too. Heck, they get to poop and pee in the hallway with no repercussions from the management. Why wouldn't they enjoy it? Plain and simple - this place sucks, and management, rather than try to address these issues, would rather spend their time posting a bunch of fake positive reviews. They'd rather cover the problems than fix them. And that's the absolute truth.

She must not have a car, because anybody who has had their car broken into, vandalized or stolen does not like their stay here. These thefts can stop, it is as simple as installing cameras. Management will not do this because they do not want to spend any extra money on this dump. So I guess the thieves will continue to prosper at Costa Verde.

Want_A_Dirty_Sanchez, you're not helping matters, dude. Youre just solidifying that SOME of the tenants ARE indeed punk kids. However, this review is a joke. TRY ANSWERING THE PHONE and TAKING CARE OF YOUR TENANTS and quite dicking around on this website. You can raise your rating by actually managing. Ooo! Novel Concept!
