I moved here a couple months ago, and I have hated it. People from above have thrown nasty stuff onto my balcony. The walls are very thin so I hear a lot of noise on both sides. If someone is running in the hallway, then my apartment shakes like an earthquake. My parking spot is not even in the same building I live in. I really do not like it here, I am going to move when my lease is up to a smaller apartment community. The smaller the apartment complex, the better the management usually is. Costa Verde is very large, and management is horrible.
