While we have all had a relatively quite summer since most of the students were away from Costa Verde, it seems as if they are making their presence known again. There is trash in the hallways, elevators, lots of noise while they are in the hallways. Where in the world are these people being raised' Why can't they respect the place where they live. Stop blaming management on all the problems. The building that I live in was quiet and clean this summer. Now that the students are back and staring school again, it's a pig sty. What is the matter with them' Stop blaming everyone else- students and people who live in Costa Verde, PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE. PLEASE DON'T VANDALIZE. PLEASE BE NICE AND STOP COMPLAINING.

I'm back, and set to get it on in the hot tub, the pool, the halls, the fitness center, and probably the racquetball courts. Watch out for my condoms...

Nobody's blaming management for the problems - we're just mad because they don't care to address any of the problems. Unless you think that calling the tenants "a bunch of complainers" constitutes "addressing the problem." If that's the case, they're doing a heckuva job!

No, actually. I am blaming the management for the problems. They're here to manage. And they don't do a damn thing. They don't screen the tenants well enough, they only care that mommy and daddy are footing the bill for their UCSD students. This place is a cashcow for them. High turnover, high rent and a ------ attitude. Way to go, Costa Verde.
