A few days ago I happened to stumble on this website and saw all the horrible ratings it got. One thing that stood out is Anderson Parking scams. Today I went to my car and noticed that I got a boot on my car when I parked it in my spot that I pay for every month. They charged me $80 to remove it. I have become a victim of Anderson Parking scam
We can't let this go on. So many people have gotten a boot for no reason and made to pay good money to have it removed.
I thought about this...every time Costa Verde changes these parking management companies, they make us pay $15 to re-register. Why are we paying for the shortcomings of Costa Verde Management and the parking enforcements. It's extortion.
Think about it this way...Garden Communities are all managed by Anderson Parking. L??t's say all the communities combined have 2000 parking spaces. 2000 x $15 is $30,000...
$30,000 to register cars.. sounds fishy to me.

The same thing happened to me, I really thought they made a honest mistake, but it appears they are scamming residents.
