Costa Verde was cheaply built. I hear every person that walks by in the hall, the worst is when they have a shopping cart, it rattles my entire apartment. Then people just leave shopping carts everywhere, it looks like a ghetto apartment building with all the carts.
Here is my beef with management, UPS left a package for me at the manager's office, and when I went to retrieve it - it was not there. Then they had the nerve to act like it was my fault that they lost my package, they were rude and tried to blame the lost package on everyone but them.
My fridge broke 3 times, they keep fixing it instead of installing a new one, then it breaks again. I have lost all my food 3 times because it takes them over a week to come "fix" it.
