I'm a tenant here, ready to move out in a week. I've lived here for 17 months, I've seen a lot of cars broken into including mine, not only once but twice. About a month ago or may be less, there was a huge break in spree. At least 10 cars got broken into in a week perod of time. I talked to a couple of people who's cars were broken into and they were pretty upset, just as i was when they broke into my car. I had an interesting conversation with a gentleman in particular, he was a family tyoe of guy who suggested we post flyers in our complex to do some thing about it. The management never seemed to care and these measures had to be taken. I was recently looking at other apartments and while talking to the managment people at my new place, they mentioned that Costa Verde was on the news. That's right apparently the gentleman i talked to got the word out and there was a news report on tv about all the break ins in Costa Verde. One thing i found funny was that the people from my new apartment complex were the ones that told me about the news report and both apartments are managed by the same company. Costa Verde might have a nice gym, but it's not wrth living here! Beware the gym is their selling point.
