Construction noise is unacceptable

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
The apartments are clean and well maintained. However, the construction noise is unacceptable in the south village. The construction across the street start 7:30 in the morning from Monday to Saturaday. I don't recommand here if you ever want a good night's sleep.
