I've lived at this complex for over 2 years now. I've never really had any problems except parking and noise. If you have more than 2 cars, and you have to park outside, good luck. For your guests too, good luck for them to find a spot. Even if they parked in a guest parking spot, they will get a warning not to park there overnight. I live on the regents rd side of the building and we get unbelievable traffic noise. I feel for the people living on the other side suffering from the construction noise. If you are debating from this one and another complex, you should definately choose the other. Since this is near La Jolla area, most apartments are top quality. This one by far is the worst one i've lived in since I started living in San diego (1999). Yeah i was gonna move a year ago but housing prices are so unstable, I could bare to put down a decent offer on a condo. More than most likely I will move out regardless in the next few months though. The complex is utterly unreasonable when it comes to parking. The parking ticket fee from this complex is $80. And you can try to appeal it, but most likely you won't win.

Did you know that you can park at The Towers for $2.00 per day and stay overnight.
