Anderson Parking charges $15 for a parking pass, so I bought one, put it on my car when it arrived. Next day there was a boot on my car. It turned out that it was the management fault not to register my car with them. They made me pay $70 to take the boot off, even though I had a pass displayed on my windshield. any time a person puts a boot on your car and dosen;t want to take it off even if you were at fault you can tell them to bill you and they need to take it off the car if not you will call the police then they will move on it if you did nothing wrong call the cops same goes for towing if you cant pay ther by law they need to release your car to you they cant old it ransom on you

I have had my car towed right from my assigned parking. Parking violations are really a scam at Costa Verde. I wonder if it is true you can force the impound lot to release your vehicle. I hope someonme investigates this ritual of rip offs by the parking enforcement and tow yard. The office staff does not seemed to be worried about break-ins or towing illegally. We have had our Van keyed in our parkling spce in the secured area. We have had our windshield broken and the car broken into and damaged. Now it was towed by these idiots. Hope we get some action.
