Pros: Good gym, near UCSD, lots of pools, near grocery stores (good location)

Cons: tight parking, I saw police visit 2x during the 7 months I lived here (it was another building, so I didn't feel strongly affected, but still.)

The reason why I wouldn't recommend them is they totally take advantage of you when you move out. My place was spotless -- cleaner than when we moved in. The woman who did our inspection couldn't find *anything* wrong, but decided to charge us $100 for "polish". That's just shady and trying to take advantage. So don't expect to see any of your deposit back.
