I live here 3 years already and will move out soon since the people on top of me played basketball on my living room every single day, while my neighbour on top of me woke up and walked to the bathroom ,do their job and flushed , I heard them all the way.

The new maneger in the office (fat lady) is kind of wierd and likes to show off her power. We asked her about something simple ,she made us felt like we were bothering her valuable time (eventhough she was just drinking starbucks on the office time).

Other staff are pretty mellow,but might be because I'm used to how busy they were, so I just waited.

Anyway, the room size are the best thing, a/c is a plus for the summer time.
Parking sucks and I heard some of my friends got broken into their car few times. Basicly I got a car towed away from my own parking spot once because I changed the car and didn't call them to tell "------- new license plate", tow fee is 290$,be careful about that .

I have to call maintenance people almost every month,for the pipe,the toilet,the a/c ,etc. Fortunately they came quick enough. My room is closed to the stair,lot of people like to pee on this corner, I don't understand why, but walking through the pee smell evryday is kind of sad.

That's all I have got from 3 years here...lucky me.I heard they will change this place to be the condo conversion.....hope people will be smart enough not to buy this run down place.
