I was fortunate to live in the North section (8730) the only side that is at least clean. The Gym is awesome.
That sums up the positives.
Management was horrible, prices are inequitable and service is nonexistent. Do not live here.

Since I changed from a contract to a month-to-month renting, the employee working in the Costa Verde leasing office told me that I don't have to give them a 30days move out notification and I can notice them 2 weeks before I move out. However, before 2 weeks of my moving date, I handed them my move out notice, they said that they need a 30days move out notice. I was really mad and told them the name of the lady which I have talked to earlier and the staff say that there is no such a lady in their leasing office. That is really ridiculous! So did I meet a ghost instead of their staff in the leasing office? Costa Verde just sucks! Cheating my deposit of $1600! NEVER EVER TRY TO CHOOSE COSTA VERDE! IT IS NOISY, STAFFS ARE BAD! WATER CHARGES ARE HIGH! (INTERNATIONAL GARDEN IS FREE OF CHARGING WATER!) THEY JUST SUCKS!
