Don't be fooled by the false security. When we first moved here it seemed like a nice community. As time went on it became th e worst apartment complex I have lived in. Unauthorized access into my unit on several occasions, and have had jewelry stolen unexplained, unexplained charges for hot water. (Charges to heat the water but does not give you the amount of hot water your unit used. I was out of town for 2 weeks one month and was charged over 50.00 to heat the water which they call a hot water usuage charge and also 30.00 for cold water on the same bill. When asked to see the meter reading for my unit being that I was out of town, could never get a answer or return call, even when I spoke with the ITSA billing company they refer you back to the leasing office.) Poor customer service. Easy access to the property for thieves, poor security, very slow to none on follow up on complaints of noise and thief. This community has had issues of thief and assault. Staff is not as knowledgeable as they should be. High staff turn around and the staff lacks professional courtesy. Also the shared facilities close at 5pm, most communities stay open until 10 when you are at home to use it.

I agree 100% I have lived here for 4 years because it's close to UCSD and easy for us to commute. This apartment looks good from the outside. The disturbance of the loud neighbor complaint was ignored by the office and took the security 2 hours to get here. Bad management and my bike that was chained inside the garage got stolen. There are random strangers came through the passage way and very bad place to live. Unfortunately many drunk and obnoxious people live here also. Office staffs are very rude and do not care about your issue. If you don't believe me, try living here for yourself and thank us later for the warning.
