Just moved in

I've been here about a month. I just moved down from Oceanside. I can say that this place is an upgrade from Island Club in Oceanside. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath in IC and I moved into a 1 Bed/Bath here. The size of this place is about the same as my old one in oceanside, but feels much larger due to a more open floorplan. The kitchen is huge (for an apartment) and has plenty of counter space. The walls seem a bit thin, but nothing crazy. I live on the bottom floor and haven't had too much noise to be distracted. The parking is terrible, there are no places for guests at all, yet the garage for residents appears mostly vacant. I didn't read my lease carefully when moving in, and the staff didn't inform me of the $25 parking fee for the privlidge of parking in my assigned space. I was ticketed my first night here, but I have disputed the charge and am waiting to hear back from them regarding the issue. The staff seemed helpful when I moved in. After moving in, and trying to resolve the parking issue with them, I was treated somewhat rudely. I thought it might have just been a hard day for the employee so I didn't think much of it. Upon reading a few of the reviews here, it may become an issue. As for my first impressions, the place is about average. I would recomend it to friends, provided they don't have more than 1 car.
