Costa Verde steal your deposit' We are suing!

False claims on our security deposit! The apartment was spotless and yet they fined us $800 for carpet replacement and when we disputed the charge and pictures proved the carpet in good shape, they claimed pet urine forced them to change the carpet....Thing is-- we never had any pets!!!

Have you had a similar situation' We have decided to file a legal claim and are interested in expanding if we can prove this is a pattern at costa verde and get us tenants our money rightfully returned!! Respond to this review if interested!!
