Unsafe, bad customer service (they will be good to you once when you sign your lease) There are random strangers walking by your apartment. My bike was chained and still got stolen inside the garage. Many obnoxious loud neighbor. The airplane practicing from the Marine Base is very loud all the time. If your apartment unit is next to signal light, it will have the loud beep sound that will definitely disturb you all the time. Passage way carpet is so nasty on every floor. The lease office is the only place that looks classy. And yes the staffs do not care about you or not even try to act like they do. Fire Alarm came on all the time, and yes, you have to leave the building in your pajamas until the Fire trucks come and clear out whatever the matter was. People smoke and the smell will come inside your apartment because there's the gap between the floor and the door of every apartment. The price of the apartments are random. Depends on how much they can fool you too. We found that out the hard way.
