Doesn't Get Much Better

These apartments were built to condo specifications. However, with the stipulation that they could not be sold as condos for 10 years. (They are currently selling these same floorplans at Savannah Terrace on Poway Road for $400k to $450k.)The apartments are spacious well designed homes with amenities beyond the average apartment. The large two and three bedroom homes have two car attached direct-access garages. The smaller two bedroom apartments(and there is nothing small about them) have a one car garage. Inside you will find well appointed homes with fireplaces, inside laundry rooms, and plenty of storage. The complex is gated and quiet with plenty of landscaping. The only drawback is there isn't much grass. They could have put more grass between the buildings but instead they used plants, bushes and trees. This is great for cutting down on the noise between buildings, no kids yelling and screaming outside your windows. But not so great if you have kids. To me, this is the one major flaw to this community. There is no place for kids to play...no grassy areas, no park, no playground, no nothing. There also is nothing nearby unless you drive them there. If I had kids, I probably would not want to live here. But as an empty nester I find it a great place to live. The only other possible problem would be guest parking. There are a limited number of spaces available. The office sends out a list of available spaces, could be a problem if you like to entertain a lot. Other than that it doesn't get much better than this.
