Great Apartment lousy parking From: jinxed2006 Date posted: 2/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Management is adaquate. The apartment is nice. It is a family oriented community and the kids are safe enough to ride thier bikes around freely. It's nice to see happy kids. Parking has been maximized and the spaces are very small. My car was hit and the neighbor did not leave a note. I believe it was the neighbor with more dents than all the others! The SD police said they don't have time ti take reports on hit & run's with less than 1000 in damage. it's not the complexes fault. It is quiet. But I can't afford the constant damage to my car by door dings.
