Deerwood Apartments

I would not reccomend this property to a friend, looks are decieving From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The Positives: I have lived at Deerwood less than a year, the staff are friendly, the buildings are in good shape, rent is fairly reasonable for the floorplan. The Negatives are: There are ALWAYS ALOT of kids playing in the streets of the complex. the pool and jacuzzi rules are never enforced by staff. (There has been an ONGOING problem with car Vandalization,and the lighting is EXTREMELY poor in the parking lots.) One lot with at least 15 cars have no light whatsoever. I was also told that there wouldn't be an improvement with the lighting for (at least 2 months or more)when there has been 4 car vandalizations in 1 months time!!If you truly cared about your residents,you wouldnt wait to long on proper lighting.Sorry dear Deerwood when my lease is up im gone.
