I like this place...I lived here since 1 year and half with my 2 kids. Yes, there are a lot of children around....but they have always moved out of the way when cars go by. People complaining about children here...should get the heck out...parking is ok, since you are guaranteed at least one spot for each apartment. So even coming home late at night...shouldn't give you any trouble in finding a spot.
The Management has just recently changed...and they are all very nice.
Work orders are carried out either right away or 1-2 days. I never had to wait any longer than that. Prices are high..but for the space and amount of bedrooms they are still better than close by.
We've had some problems with loud/partying neighbors...I have complained to the office and they took care of the problem. It's always very quiet here...
Although, I have heard of vandalism around here...I never had any problems...and they do have a police car drive through here once in a while....
Again, if you have any kind of problems...let the front office know...they can only change things if they know about it....
I would recommend this aparmtent complex to anyone....
