I would NEVER recommend this apartment to anyone! At first I loved living here until the complex started nickel and diming us for everything, the grounds around our building never look nice(ie. berries and plant material smashed on our side walk), unsanitary upkeep of the pool (a child pooped in the pool and all that maintenance did was pour a gallon of chemicals in it and it was up and running within the hour), and the staff is extremely unprofessional (the complex it run by a bunch of children who have no respect for tenants, I've never been addressed as Mr. or Mrs./Sir or Ma'am, and complaints are not dealt with). There is also a problem with doggie poo, ITS EVERYWHERE (I have to avoid it in the middle of the street)! I am pretty happy with the inside of my apartment, with the exception on my broken dishwasher which maintenance does not know how to fix, my microwave buttons do not work (again, maintenance has no idea), and the carpet is nice just don't sit on it...it is cheap (could be classified as astro-turf). Although if this is your idea of luxury living (obviously not mine)....then you'll be right at home with the drug dealing, stand in your front lawn, turn your music up loud, THUGS! ENJOY EQUITY APARTMENTS! Oh did I mention, there were a few cars broken into a few weeks ago'
